vibesketch.document.external_results

Explicit, hash-pinned direct-API chain evidence, never invented campaign runs.

The input ZIP retains original producer reports, terminal receipts and sidecars. Its descriptor only maps those files to document species; it cannot override producer verdicts. A reference QVF and a correlated event have separate roles.
