vibeqc.cyclic_gamma_mesh(system, mesh)

Return the reciprocal irreps of a finite cyclic cluster.

A cluster with N1*N2*N3 primitive cells has exactly the uniform, unreduced Gamma-centred (N1,N2,N3) reciprocal mesh. No classical even-mesh half shift and no symmetry reduction are allowed here because either would change the finite translation group.
