Localize the alpha and beta occupied projectors of a B-stream UHF.
The spin spaces are rotated separately. This preserves both spin densities and hence preserves the total density, spin density, and UHF energy. Metallic spin manifolds are rejected by the same finite-gap check used for the restricted path.
