Run canonical closed-shell RI-MP2 on the B finite translation group.

The RHF reference is the B-stream pair-resolved RI calculation on the full unreduced character mesh. Three crystal momenta are summed independently; the fourth is fixed by ki - ka + kj - kb = G. The returned energy is per primitive cell.
